- Preheat grill to medium (300°F to 350°F). Season haddock with salt and pepper; rub evenly with pesto. Set aside.
- Place tomatoes and chopped onion in a salad bowl. Drizzle with oil and sprinkle with cheese; toss to coat. Set aside.
- Place fish on grill. Grill 4 to 6 minutes per side or until fish flakes easily with a fork. Remove from grill and serve with reserved tomatoes.
