Pesto Sheet Pan Salmon


  • ¼ cup premade Pesto
  • 1 pint (sliced) Cherry Tomatoes
  • ¼ cup Feta Cheese
  • 1 Lb. Asparagus
  • 2 Tbsp Our Family Olive Oil
  • Our Family Salt
  • Our Family Pepper
  • 1 Tsp. Our Family Minced Garlic


  1. Heat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Wash asparagus thoroughly. Snap off the ends of the asparagus and cut into 2 inch pieces.
  3. Toss the asparagus, sliced tomatoes, and feta cheese in 1 Tbsp of olive oil, salt and pepper
  4. Lightly brush the salmon with olive oil and sprinkle with garlic and salt. Place on center of pan and surround salmon with the asparagus mixture.
  5. Bake for 15 minutes. Salmon is done when it sizzles around the edges, not rock-hard firm or squishy
  6. Top salmon with pre-made pesto
