- In a large skillet cook and stir beef over medium-high heat until browned. Drain fat. Stir in beans, enchilada sauce, chiles and garlic powder. Bring to boiling; reduce heat. Cover and simmer 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Stir corn chips into beef mixture; season with salt and pepper to taste. Remove skillet from heat. Sprinkle beef mixture with cheese. Cover and let stand 2 to 3 minutes or until cheese is melted. Serve warm.
