Ranch Chicken Fajitas

Ingredients

  • 1 lb. skinless, boneless chicken breasts
  • 1 tsp. salt-free lemon pepper
  • 1/2 tsp. onion salt
  • 1/2 tsp. garlic salt
  • 1 tbsp. vegetable oil
  • 1 medium red or green bell pepper, seeded, cut into thin strips
  • 1/2 cup thinly sliced onion
  • 4 (8-inch) flour tortillas, warmed
  • 1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese or Mexican-style cheese blend
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup bottled ranch salad dressing

  1. Cut chicken into 1/2-inch strips. In a medium bowl combine chicken strips, lemon pepper, onion salt and garlic salt.
  2. In a large skillet heat oil over medium-high heat. Add bell pepper and onion; cook and stir 2 to 3 minutes or until tender. Remove from skillet. Add chicken to skillet. Cook and stir 3 to 4 minutes or until no longer pink (165°F).
  3. Spoon chicken and vegetables into warm tortillas. Top with cheese, sour cream and salad dressing. Roll up fajitas and serve.
