- In a large nonstick skillet cook ground beef over medium heat 5 to 7 minutes or until browned. Stir in cumin, chili powder and salsa; simmer until heated through.
- Spoon beef mixture evenly into each tortilla. Top evenly with lettuce, tomatoes, onion and cheese. Serve with cilantro, salsa and sour cream (if desired). Serve warm.
