  • 4 bone-in chicken breast halves, skin removed (about 2 lbs.)
  • 1 tbsp. salad supreme seasoning
  • 2 tsp. dried parsley
  • 4 tbsp. butter

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Season chicken with salt and pepper to taste. Sprinkle with salad seasoning and dried parsley. Place chicken in a 3-quart rectangular baking dish, breast side up.
  2. Place 1 tablespoon of the butter on each piece of chicken. Pour 1/4 cup water around chicken in baking dish. Cover with foil. Bake about 1 hour to 1 hour 15 minutes or until chicken is no longer pink (165°F). Let stand 10 minutes before serving.
