- Place fillets in an 8x12-inch foil pan. Drizzle with dressing; turn to coat. Cover and let stand 30 minutes.
- Preheat grill to medium-high (350°F to 400°F). In a small bowl combine tomatoes, parsley, capers, 1/2 teaspoon of the garlic, and salt and pepper to taste; set aside. In another small bowl combine oil and remaining 1 1/2 teaspoons garlic; brush on one side of each bread slice.
- Place foil pan on grill over direct heat. Grill, covered, 8 to 10 minutes or until fish flakes easily with a fork. Meanwhile, place bread on grill, garlic side down. Grill 2 minutes or until lightly toasted.
- Remove pan and bread from grill. Place fillets on a serving platter and top with tomato mixture. Serve with garlic bread.
