Ingredients

  • 3 tbsp. honey
  • 1 tbsp. grated lime zest
  • 1 tbsp. fresh lime juice
  • 1 cup fresh blueberries (1/2 pint)
  • 1 cup fresh raspberries (1/2 pint)
  • 1 cup fresh blackberries (1/2 pint)
  • Cornbread (optional)
  • Frozen whipped topping, thawed (optional)

  1. In a small bowl combine honey, lime zest and lime juice. In a medium bowl combine blueberries, raspberries and blackberries. Drizzle with honey mixture; cover and refrigerate 1 hour, stirring occasionally.
  2. Spoon berries into dessert bowls, or (if desired) spoon over cornbread. Top with whipped topping (if desired), and serve.
