- Preheat oven to 350°F. In a large saucepan cook and stir beef and onion over medium-high heat until beef is browned; drain fat. Stir in baked beans, soup and tomatoes. Bring to boiling; reduce heat. Simmer until mixture thickens to desired consistency, stirring occasionally.
- Arrange 3 to 4 cups of the tortilla chips in a 3-quart rectangular baking dish. Spoon beef mixture over chips; sprinkle with cheese. Bake about 10 minutes or until cheese is melted. Serve warm with remaining tortilla chips.
