- Combine steak, seasoning, garlic powder and salt in a resealable plastic bag. Seal bag; shake to coat steak. Place a nonstick grill pan over medium-high heat. Add steak and cook 2 minutes per side or until browned; reduce heat to medium and cook to desired doneness (145°F for medium-rare, 160°F for medium, 170°F for well-done). Remove from heat; keep warm.
- In a large bowl combine lettuce, cucumber, tomatoes, dressing, croutons and cheese. Toss to blend. Arrange on serving platter. Thinly slice steak, arrange slices on top of salad, and serve.
