Ingredients

  • 4 cups seedless watermelon cubes
  • 2 pints fresh strawberries, hulled and halved
  • 2/3 cup sugar
  • 2/3 cup fresh lemon juice
  • 4 cups ice cubes

  1. In a blender combine watermelon, strawberries, sugar and lemon juice; cover and blend at high speed until smooth.
  2. Gradually add ice cubes and blend at high speed until slushy. Use as many ice cubes as needed to achieve desired consistency.
  3. Pour into chilled glasses and serve immediately.
