Ingredients

  • 3 tangerines, peeled, sectioned and chopped (about 1 cup)
  • 1/2 red bell pepper, seeded and chopped (1/4 cup)
  • 1/2 green bell pepper, seeded and chopped (1/4 cup)
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp. seeded and chopped jalapeñoâ?
  • 1/2 medium cucumber, peeled, seeded and chopped (about 1/4 cup)
  • 2 tbsp. lime juice
  • 1/2 tsp. sugar
  • 1/8 tsp. crushed red pepper flakes
  • Tortilla chips

  1. In a small bowl combine tangerines, bell peppers, garlic, jalapeño, cucumber, lime juice, sugar and red pepper flakes. Cover and chill 30 minutes to blend flavors. Serve at room temperature with tortilla chips.
