Ingredients

  • 4 bacon slices
  • 1 (16-oz.) jar sun-dried tomato Alfredo sauce
  • 1 1/2 cups coarsely chopped deli rotisserie chicken
  • 1 1/2 cups halved grape tomatoes
  • 1/2 tsp. crushed red pepper flakes
  • 12 oz. fettuccine
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan

  1. For the sauce, in a large saucepan cook and stir bacon over medium-high heat until crisp. Drain, crumble, and return to pan.
  2. Add Alfredo sauce, chicken, tomatoes and red pepper flakes to pan, stirring; bring to boiling. Reduce heat; simmer 2 to 3 minutes or until sauce thickens slightly.
  3. Meanwhile, cook pasta al dente according to package directions; drain. Transfer pasta to individual plates, top with sauce, sprinkle with cheese, and serve.
