- Preheat oven to 350°F. Coat a 3-quart baking dish with nonstick cooking spray. Cook pasta al dente according to package directions; drain.
- In a very large bowl toss together pasta, tomatoes, cheese, milk, brown sugar, butter, and salt and pepper to taste. Spoon into baking dish.
- Bake, uncovered, 30 minutes or until heated through and bubbly. Let stand 10 minutes before serving.
