Ingredients

  • 3 cups elbow macaroni, uncooked
  • 4 cups chopped fresh tomatoes
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded sharp Cheddar
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 3 tbsp. brown sugar
  • 2 tbsp. butter, cut up

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Coat a 3-quart baking dish with nonstick cooking spray. Cook pasta al dente according to package directions; drain.
  2. In a very large bowl toss together pasta, tomatoes, cheese, milk, brown sugar, butter, and salt and pepper to taste. Spoon into baking dish.
  3. Bake, uncovered, 30 minutes or until heated through and bubbly. Let stand 10 minutes before serving.
