Triple Threat Burger

Ingredients

  • PULLED PORK
  • 1 Smithfield Boneless Pork Butt
  • 1/4 cup BBQ seasoning rub (use your favorite)
  • 6 oz. Budweiser beer
  • 1 1/2 tsp. Liquid hickory smoke
  • BUD-RAZZ CHIPOTLE BBQ SAUCE
  • 12 oz. Seedless raspberry jam
  • 1 cup KC Masterpiece Original BBQ Sauce
  • 6 oz. Budweiser beer
  • 1 tsp. Dry mustard
  • Chipotle chili powder, to taste
  • BURGER
  • 1 lb. Smithfield Fresh Ground Pork
  • 1 lb. 80% lean ground beef
  • 1/4 cup Budweiser beer
  • 2 tbsp. BBQ seasoning blend

  1. Rub seasoning all around pork butt and place in 4-to 5 quart slow cooker. Pour beer and liquid smoke around sides. Cover and cook on Low 8-to 10 hours. Remove roast and pull apart.
  2. For the BBQ sauce, combine all ingredients in saucepan. Bring to a boil over medium-high heat and simmer 15 minutes. Set aside.
  3. Gently combine ground pork, ground beef, beer, and BBQ seasoning. Form mixture into 6 burgers.
  4. Grill burgers over medium, 5 minutes per side, until internal temperature reaches 155°F. Top burger with cheese and melt.
  5. Cook bacon in skillet until crispy. Cut in half and set aside.
  6. Assemble burger with burger, cooked bacon, pulled pork, BBQ sauce, and a dill pickle plank.
