- On a platter or large shallow bowl, layer watermelon, cherries, and sprinkle onion. Garnish with pistachios, basil and feta. Sprinkle dressing over to finish!
- Dressing: In a small 8 oz canning jam jar, combine the ingredients below, close the lid tightly and shake vigorously.
- Sprinkle over the salad to serve. Save leftover dressing in the jar for future salads.
