Watermelon Lemonade

  • 4 cups Watermelon Puree
  • 8 Lemons, juiced
  • 1 1/2 cups Granulated sugar
  • 1 cup Water
  • Fresh Mint for garnish


  1. Bring water and sugar to a gentle boil. Set aside to cool.
  2. Next, the watermelon into large chunks, removing the rinds and any excessive seeds. Place melon into blender and puree on high speed (30 seconds).
  3. Strain directly into serving pitcher.
  4. Next, juice lemons and add directly to pitcher. Adjust sweetness with simple syrup.
  5. Garnish with fresh mint and ice.
