Directions
- Bring water and sugar to a gentle boil. Set aside to cool.
- Next, the watermelon into large chunks, removing the rinds and any excessive seeds. Place melon into blender and puree on high speed (30 seconds).
- Strain directly into serving pitcher.
- Next, juice lemons and add directly to pitcher. Adjust sweetness with simple syrup.
- Garnish with fresh mint and ice.
