White Chocolate-Macadamia Nut Cookie Brittle


  • 1 1/2 cups Flour
  • 1 cup Sugar
  • 1 tsp. Baking powder
  • 1/4 tsp. Baking soda
  • 3/4 cup Butter, melted
  • 1 tsp. Vanilla
  • 1/2 cup Finely chopped PLANTERS® Macadamia Nuts
  • 3 oz. White chocolate, broken into small pieces


  1. Heat oven to 350°F.
  2. Combine first 4 ingredients in large bowl. Add butter and vanilla; mix well. Add nuts; mix until blended.
  3. Press nut mixture onto bottom of 15x10x1-inch pan sprayed with cooking spray.
  4. Bake 15 to 18 min. or until lightly browned. Turn oven off. Let dessert stand in oven 5 to 8 min. or until golden brown. Remove from oven; cool completely.
  5. Melt chocolate as directed on package; drizzle over dessert. Let stand until firm. Break into pieces to serve.
