STOVETOP INSTRUCTIONS - 1. BOIL 6 CUPS OF WATER IN A MEDIUM SAUCEPAN. 2. STIR IN RICE PASTA: BRING BACK TO A BOIL. COOK 10 TO 12 MINUTES, STIRRING OCCASIONALLY, UNTIL TENDER. 3. DRAIN RICE PASTA (DO NOT RINSE). 4. WHILE RICE PASTA IS DRAINING, ADD 1/4 CUP LOW FAT (2%) MILK, 2 TBSP. BUTTER OR MARGARINE (OPTIONAL) AND CHEESE SAUCE MIX TO THE WARM SAUCEPAN AND STIR. 5. ADD COOKED RICE PASTA TO SAUCEPAN AND STIR UNTIL CREAMY.
