- Preheat oven to 350ºF
- Defrost the spinach making sure to squeeze out excess water.
- Layer the pie crust with half of the cheese. Create a layer of the ham and the spinach and top again with the remainder of cheese.
- Combine the eggs and cream with a whisk, and pour mixture into the pie crust.
- Bake until eggs are set, and allow 5 minutes to cool. Bake time should be 45 minutes.
