Potato and Onion Pierogies in Roasted Red Peppers Cream



  • 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 med. onion chopped
  • 1 clove garlic chopped
  • 1 tub Philadelphia Cooking Cremes, Santa Fe Blend
  • 4 oz Mezzetta Roasted Red Peppers
  • to taste salt and pepper
  • 1 Pack Mrs. T's Potato and Onion Pierogies


  1. Bring a Pot of water to boil. (Large enough to fit 1 package of Mrs. T’s Pierogies) Cut Mezzetta Roasted Red Peppers lengthwise into 1/2-inch-wide strips. In a sauce pan, sauté onion and garlic in extra virgin olive oil until onions are tender, careful not to burn garlic. Add Santa Fe Blend Philadelphia Cooking Crème and Roasted Red Peppers. Bring to simmer. Simmer for 10 minutes. Adjust with salt and pepper to taste. Cook the Mrs. T’s Potato and Onion Pierogies in boiling water until they float to the surface. Combine sauce and pierogies and serve
