Tzatziki Chicken Salad Dip

  • 2 cups Chopped rotisserie chicken
  • Chopped English cucumbers
  • 1/2 cup Tzatziki
  • 1/4 cup Roasted red peppers, well drained, chopped
  • 3 Tbsp. Chopped Kalamata olives
  • 2 Tbsp. Chopped red onions
  • 1 - 1 1/2 tsp. WHEAT THINS Original Snacks chopped fresh dill

  1. Combine all ingredients except WHEAT THINS.
  2. Refrigerate 1 hour.
  3. Serve with WHEAT THINS.

  5. Special Extra After chopping the 1/2 cup cucumbers needed to prepare this fresh-tasting dip, slice the remaining cucumber piece. Use some of the cucumber slices to garnish the dip, then serve the remaining cucumber slices as dippers along with the WHEAT THINS.
  6. Food Facts Tzatziki brands vary in flavor. If the tzatziki you are using needs a flavor burst, stir up to 1 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice into the dip before refrigerating as directed.
